Where Touch Brings Peace
Experience a new approach to Pain Management: Less Pain - Perhaps NO PAIN using an approach recently developed in Europe
Roland Liebscher-Bracht and Dr. Petra Bracht from Germany have found that many painful conditions are usually not caused by damage from arthritis, disc problems, calcifications, or inflammations but due to fascia (connective tissue) restrictions and foreshortened tissues in muscles and ligaments. The pain is considered a "warning signal" to alert us to safeguard already damaged structures. Just like when a car-alarm goes off to signal that some event needs our attention, pain signals that something in the body needs attention. Once the car alarm has our attention, it is no longer needed and can be turned off. Similarly, we can turn off (or down) the pain signal when it is no longer needed. Roland Liebscher-Bracht and Dr. Petra Bracht have developed a two-pronged approach to manage pain, which has been very successful in most cases: (1) application of pressure to key body points to re-program the muscles to let go of the pain and (2) special LnB-daily follow-up exercises which support muscle, ligaments, and fascia, and finally allow the body to return back into its original muscular balance.
The Liebscher-Bracht (LnB) Pressure Points
Liebscher-Bracht LnB pressure points target certain painful conditions often with a definite success in regards to pain reduction. In many cases, this treatment is successful with as few as one treatment, or at most 10 treatments depending on the situation and condition. In the infrequent cases where the pressure point treatment is not successful, this is usually an indication of more serious damage to the underlying structure which must be addressed by a physician.
Daily Exercises
Further, the Liebscher-Bracht LnB daily exercise(s) assist you to change some programming which helps the pain to reconsider its purpose. If there is no structure to protect, hence the pain goes. By removing postural imbalances, and the consequences which the pain tries to warn us about, the body reduces pain in accordance with the re-restoration of postural balance, and that often happens regardless of whether underlying damage exists or not.
One important cause for pain is often excessive sitting or lack of movement altogether, or repetitive motion. Joints and spine are often overused due to the limited way they are used, or they may also be underused due to lack of right movement. As a result cartilage, discs, ligaments and muscles, etc. may be damaged. It is ultimately really movement that provides the stimulation the cartilage needs, and it is often simply proper movement which keeps us pain free. Interestingly, there are cases in which people have a particular condition, such as a slipped disc, or arthritis in the knee and are pain free and then there are others who suffer from pain but no condition can be found. Before coming to false conclusion it is wise to perhaps try the LnB pain code release and see if we can manage our pain better through appropriate motion.
What conditions can this approach be used for?

I have recently returned from a trip to Germany, where I received training in the Liebscher and Bracht Method, Many M.D.'s attended my training session. Though the Liebscher and Bracht method is becoming very well-known in Europe, the training and the supporting materials are currently only available in German-language format. Therefore, I am able to offer a unique opportunity for pain-sufferers. I wish to introduce this modality at a special rate of $60/hr and $80 for 1 1/2 hours, depending on the length of treatment needed.
As a note: this treatment is not a wellness-touch but pressure point and exercise oriented. It is neither trigger point, acupuncture nor acupressure related, although there can be some overlapping.
For individuals not currently suffering from pain issues, I also offer relaxing lomi lomi massage treatment.
