Healing Forces of Massage and Motion
Massage and Motion are one of the oldest and least complicated therapeutic treatments familiar to all cultures. The physical and psychological benefits of massage and motion are outstanding when performed properly.
Our daily stress and even overexercising without proper stretching tend to store in our muscular system creating contractions and fascia restrictions at vital joints and nerves. All of that can be assessed. Yet, even if you decide to just come for a simple relaxation massage, it is still important to identify the areas that hold restrictions, and prompt the appropriate muscles to release from often painfully shortened conditions.
Free assessment interviews, which go through your daily routine, are designed to determine the cause of muscular problems. By modifying your daily routine through motion, posture analysis, gait and sleeping positions, it is possible to limit undue stress in your muscular system and joints. Some basic (yoga) stretches and/or well designed Liebscher and Bracht motion exercises may reduce pain, increase mobility and enhance your overall experience of liberating wellness. Coaching sessions about diet, and how food relates to pain reduction, is another valid approach to inspire an increased sense of wellness, healing and quality of life
Literally hundreds of conditions are benefited through massage, pain code points and motion - some of which are: arthritic conditions, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, whiplash, migraine and other headaches, TMJ, neck and back pain, thorasic outlet, tennis/golfer's elbow, carpal tunnel, scoliosis, sciatica, piriformis syndrome, plantar fascitiis, repetitive motion injuries, and most other pain related conditions, etc..
A relaxing wellness massage therapy has an accumulative effect and can provide a peaceful space in which the body/mind connection is felt just as deeply as perhaps in deep spiritual meditation. .
Be ready to enjoy an offering of mesmerizing wellness which often includes the following modalities: Swedish, Hawaiian Lomi Lomi, Japanese Anma, Reiki, Nuad Boran Thai Yoga, LnB Pain Code, and liberating motion exercises.
